Are there any tips to ensure fast delivery of my order to the correct address?

Enter your address information carefully. Ensure it is correct, accurate, and up-to-date. Incorrect address information will cause delays with your order.

  • Include your full first and last name, because entering only a partial name will cause problems with delivery
  • Billing address and phone number must be identical to what's on your monthly credit card statement
  • Shipping address can be any address in sunshine coast and should include the apartment number (if applicable)
  • If you have a separate buzzer number, include it at the end of the address (120-2410 Mountain Rd. - Buzzer #104) and do not use the Canada Post AddressComplete tool
  • To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order
  • Scheduled Delivery items require a civic address. Delays will occur if only a PO box is provided as the shipping location

To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway number in addition to your PO BOX number as shown above.

Please note: Scheduled Delivery items require a civic address. Delays will occur if only a PO box is provided as the shipping location. If the order is being shipped to a business, the business name must be included on the shipping label. You can enter your full name in the "First Name" field and the name of the business in the "Last Name" field, like so:

When will my delivery date be scheduled?

Your delivery date will be automatically scheduled after placing your order. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.


How to prepare for your delivery´╝ÜTVs

Our delivery team will open the box and give you the opportunity to inspect your new TV.

Please note: .If you need, Delivery teams will disconnect your old TV from wall mounts, put on existing stands or provide any installations

Clear the delivery path of any obstacles*

Unplug your old TV or appliance from the wall and disconnect it from other components*

Ensure a person 18 years or older is available to accept your delivery during your scheduled time window.

 

 

Same Day Appliance Delivery

How do I order?

Come into a store that is less than 50km away from your delivery address to place your order.

How much does it cost?

Same day delivery costs $149-300 depending how much inch TVs (1-604-885-2568)

When will it be delivered?

Monday to Friday your appliance will be delivered within 4 hours of placing your order. We stop accepting same day delivery orders at 4pm local time.

How do I track my order?

You can find your tracking number in:

  • The confirmation email you received when your order was shipped
  • In your order details that can be accessed through Order Status

Please note: Tracking may not be available for up to 24 hours after placing your order, and is not available for some Gift Cards, Music, or Scheduled Delivery items.

If my package gets lost, who do I contact?

Please note:

  • Claims must be made no later than 30 days after your order was shipped

What happens if I'm not home to receive my shipment?

Your package will return to the store , you need pick up by yourself .
